Do you charge per location?

No. Locations are unlimited on every Spokk account, so opening a second or third site does not multiply your bill. Podium, Birdeye, GatherUp and Swell all bill per location, which is why multi-location businesses usually pay far more with them.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Spokk is priced by the year, from $149 a month billed yearly. Monthly billing costs a little more, $179 a month, with no contract. Either way, the 60-day money-back guarantee lets you see it working before you commit. Practices covered by HIPAA use the Healthcare plan, which is billed annually and starts at $249 per month.

Do you have a plan for HIPAA-covered practices?

Yes. The Healthcare plan runs in a separate US environment, comes with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and never takes clinical details such as diagnoses or notes from your practice systems. It is billed annually and starts at $249 per month, and we set it up with you on a call.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. If your volume grows or shrinks, get in touch and we will adjust your plan. You can cancel at any time in your settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 14-day trial ends, you'll choose a plan to continue. If you don't, your account is paused, and you can resume at any time by choosing a plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

Yearly plans are paid for the year, but the first 60 days are covered by a full money-back guarantee, so you are not locked in until you have seen Spokk working. Monthly plans have no contract and no cancellation fee. There is no notice period on either: cancel in your settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
